Pricing (Tariff) Conditions for 2015

The basic principles governing the pricing conditions of Rusagrotrancs CJSC for 2015 for the provision of rail freighting services on Russian domestic routes.

Rusagrotrans CJSC aims to provide a comptitive market for the transportation of grain cargoes — striving to provide its customers with competitive, reliable, punctual and modern logistics services which enhance food security in Russia, the company’s leading role in the global market — informs you of the basic principles governing the pricing conditions for 2015.

As part of a program of improved client-friendly pricing policy, Rusagrotrans CJSC offers the best possible conditions of shipment for clients who are able to guarantee our company a stable volume of shipments.

From 1st January 2015 Rusagrotrans offers its clients a dynamic pricing scale of shipment tariffs, depending on the volumes of grain and similar goods being shipped:

  • for clients who organise shipments with a total volume from 6 tonnes through to 18 tonnes during the applicable billing period*, Rusagrotrans provides freighting services that enable the client to reduce the costs of transporting goods by up to 1.7% of the upper level of the Rusagrotrans pricing schedule.
  • for clients who organise shipments with a total volume from 18 tonnes through to 70 tonnes during the applicable billing period*, Rusagrotrans provides freighting services that enable the client to reduce the costs of transporting goods by between 3.5% and 4% of the upper level of the Rusagrotrans pricing schedule.
  • for clients who organise shipments with a total volume from 70 tonnes through to 110 tonnes during the applicable billing period*, Rusagrotrans provides freighting services that enable the client to reduce the costs of transporting goods by up to 4.5% of the upper level of the Rusagrotrans pricing schedule.
  • for clients who organise shipments with a total volume of more than 110 tonnes during the applicable billing period*, Rusagrotrans provides freighting services that enable the client to reduce the costs of transporting goods by up to 5% of the upper level of the Rusagrotrans pricing schedule.
  • for clients setting up their own timetable schedule of shipments, the company offers the opportunity to reduce transportation costs.
In addition, Rusagrotrans CJSC provides freighting services for export, import and transit shipments between Russia, the CIS countries, the Middle East, Finland and Mongolia. The pricing of shipments on international routes, along with shipments to Russian sea ports conforms to marker indicators for pricing policy on Rusagrotrans’s Russian domestic routes.
